This workshop explores the concept of how team values must align with its purpose, mission, and actions. Personal recognition, interpersonal concerns, relationships and any number of internal and external issues challenge a team’s cohesiveness. This will be put in proper perspective and become a personalized teambuilding plan for your preschool center. This course can be adapted to any group interested in teambuilding and teamwork ideas. Participants will:

• Understanding the research and resources available on teambuilding
• Develop staff communications on team concepts including peak performance, leadership, and the team’s overall success
• Create a plan to build a team in the preschool
• Learn the responsibilities of each team member
• Develop concepts to foster creative and optimistic thinking for the staff
